Lafra snuggled into Chen Ze's arms and then happily released her grip. Just now, she had checked Chen Ze with various smell-detecting magic and found no other scents on him, which eased her worries a lot.

Chen Ze's body only had a strong scent of cooking fumes and a mix of culinary smells, but there were no traces of another girl's scent.

"Lafra, wait for me to take a shower," Chen Ze scratched his head, feeling a bit embarrassed, as he had just finished cooking and knew he probably didn't smell good.

"Okay, I'll wait for you in your bedroom then." Lafra blinked at Chen Ze.

Chen Ze was stunned for a moment. What did Lafra mean by going to wait in his bedroom? Wait for what? Chen Ze's thoughts started to scatter.
