Tess had come to check if Lucian was still at home or not, after all Jackie had to stay out of the house most of the time but then she turned around and began to walk away.

Lucian opened the door slightly and looked at her, she looked all gloomy it was going to take some time before she got over all the trauma and could finally live normally.

*THUD*

Just then she stumbled upon her own leg and fell down, she looked to her left and then to the right then she stood up and after rubbing her knees she inhaled a long breath as if trying to stop herself from crying.

" Tess, are you okay? " Lucian spoke as he opened the door, she turned around immediately and looked at him in surprise then she ran towards him and hugged his leg.

" Brudderrrr "

" You woke up early, go take a bath then I'll bring you out to eat something. " Lucian said as he shuffled her hair.
