章 80: Business Discussions

I suddenly found myself sitting at a small table in Dominic's office with my lunch sitting in front of me. Oddly enough, the food was still warm, even though we had been moved to another room and it had been several minutes. I had to wonder if the food had been kept warm with magic while we walked. And if so, would the food still be safe to eat? If it had magic all over it, would it cause something to happen to us?

Considering that Isaiah and Dominic were already starting to eat I knew that I would have to continue eating as well. If I brought up my concern, they would just tell me that I was being silly or something. Hahh, it was still so different and new here. Why was I being dragged into all of this stuff?

"Now, Addie, let us continue our talk from the living room." Dominic spoke in between bites of his slow roasted beef.
