When he felt you squeezing his hand for just a second his heart was filled with expectation and excitement. He knew that there is hope for you and he knows that you know that he is next to you.

He knows now what is wrong with you and that it must be your choice to come back to life. He thinks back to the moment when he thought he has breathed his last breath and remembers everything that he thought about you. He does not like to talk about his emotions but if this is going to bring you back to him then he will do it.

He put his lips on your hand that he is holding and give it the softest kiss while he says.

"Doc, I have not had a lot of things in my life that I treasure. But by god, I treasure you so fucking much. If I had everything in the world but I did not have you then my life would mean absolutely nothing..."
