You stare at this beautiful cocky smile and you can not help giving him back a smile of your own. It makes you happy to see your Nick back again. You want to know why he is looking at you.

"Can I not stare at my girl for a little while?"

"Oh, you can stare as much as you like as long as that smile is on your face. But I have to know, for how long were you staying at me?"

He then looked down at the ground and you can see the hesitation that he has in his eyes to tell you how long he has been staring. Maybe he is feeling a little bit embarrassed but you are not giving him an out for this one. You wait patiently for him to answer you.

"Uhm...not too long"

You lift an eyebrow, being skeptical of his answer. But you do not push him for the truth and you just let him go.
