章 2: Chapter Two

Sasuke got ready and left home as the sun rose, about an hour later than they were supposed to be at the assigned training ground.

He took his time walking through the village head towards his destination as he knew even though he was late Kakashi would still not be arriving anytime soon.

" I wonder what's so special about this village that causes people to be willing to die for it, or even kill their own families?" He whispered.

' As far as I can see this is just a regular village run by corrupt and power-hungry individuals, but then again so were the countries in my previous life.'

As Sasuke walked he thought about it a lot and got no answer that could satisfy him, but he came to another conclusion.

' All I know of this world comes from a manga, that didn't show everything until I experience this world fully for myself I will never understand the thoughts of the people who cling to these villages.'

With that Sasuke stopped thinking about the topic and continued on his way.

( Assigned training ground)

" Sasuke you're late!!"

" And you're loud, I'm guessing Kakashi hasn't arrived yet. So what the fuss about?" Sasuke responded looking at Naruto who was less than a foot in front of him.

" Morning Sasuke- kun." Sakura says.

But Sasuke ignores her, walks away from the two, and sits under a tree.

" Hey, don't you hear Sakura talking to you?!" Naruto asks annoyed.

" You two should leave me alone until Kakashi arrives." Sasuke says as he closes his.

" Ahh, you bastard!!" Naruto shouted as he was about to rush towards Sasuke.

" Naruto leave Sasuke-kun alone he's probably tired." Sakura adds stopping Naruto.

' Even though I didn't like them in the manga, my current feeling for them seems to be influenced more by the previous Sasuke than I expected, but it's fine.' Sasuke thinks to himself.

' I don't know how Sasuke ended up with Sakura in the end, but I sure as hell won't, in the Naruto manga only three characters caught my interest in that sense, Ino, Tsunade, and Karin anyone else is a no go, I guess I have a thing for blondes and redheads.'

' Thinking of redheads this would be the perfect time to try out the system, Naruto can't beat me in a fight and he has a lot of things I want, the Uzumaki bloodline, the nine-tails fox, and more fighting him now would be a good choice.'

" Hey, coward."

"..."

Hearing Sasuke Naruto and Sakura turned and looked at him.

" I'm talking to you, weren't you about to do something just now, don't let her stop you, coward." Sasuke says pointing at Naruto.

Naruto looked at him with his fist clenched.

Watching the show and reading the manga Sasuke knew very well about how to manipulate Naruto into doing what he wanted.

" If you're afraid just say that, don't use her as an excuse." Sasuke added.

That was it Naruto couldn't hold back any longer as he charged towards Sasuke.

Seeing this Sasuke stood up and rushed forward as well, as the two entered attacking range a figure appeared between the two and grabbed their shoulders throwing them out.

The two flipped twice in the air and landed on their feet looking at the person who interfered.

" Kakashi- sensei!!" The three shouted seeing the white haired Jonin appear.

Kakashi looked at Sasuke seriously then looked away.

'He was here the whole time watching, he's probably wondering why I did what I did." Sasuke thinks as he approaches Kakashi.

" Alright, it's set for noon, and here are two bells your task is simply to take these bells from me before noon, if you fail to do so I'll not only tie you to these stumps but eat in front of you as well." He says taking out an alarm clock and two bells from his bag.

Sakura and Naruto look sad they had followed Kakashi's advice from before and skipped breakfast.

Sasuke however smiled, he came late and knew this already so of course he ate before leaving home.

" As you can see there are only two bells so, at least one of you will be tied to the stump and also sent back to the academy." Kakashi added.

" Oh, another thing come at me with the intent to kill if you want to succeed."

" But sensei won't you be in danger." Sakura asked.

" Yeah, you can't even dodge a blackboard eraser we would kill you." Naruto says.

" the loudest people are usually the ones with the least talent, so we'll ignore Mr dead last and start when I say."

Whoosh!!!

Kakashi disappeared and appeared holding Naruto's right hand to his head.

' He's fast.' Sasuke thinks as he couldn't see Kakashi movements.

" It seems like you will come at me with the intention to kill." Kakashi says looking at the kunai in Naruto's hand.

" But I didn't say start yet, but it seems like I'm beginning to like you guys so let's get going ready start!"

Whoosh *2

Sasuke and Sakura disappeared leaving Naruto standing alone.

" Hey come fight me I said fight me." Naruto shouted.

Sasuke looked on from his hiding spot, even though he knew how this would all end he still wanted to see for himself.

' I'll watch see if I can learn anything even though they won't fight for long, running or setting up trap won't do any good as the gap in strength is to big.' Sasuke says as his eyes turn blood red and two tomoe appear in his eyes.

' Naruto could even be used as a distraction for me to take action.' Sasuke thinks.
