Chapter 6

The Hidden leaf village was lively as always. People were busy with their daily lives. It has been a week since that day.

Kakashi was happy to see his student smile. It looked like an invisible weight was lifted from Sasuke's shoulder. He didn't had the emo face anymore. Also it seems he has started to train with a new found determination. Previously Naruto made two shadow clones, he made one and Sasuke made one to do the missions on their behalf.

But now that they have satisfied him with their training he thought of doing some missions with the team. And that's why they are currently chasing a cat.

"Captain speaking, what the situation? Over." Kakashi said all the while sitting on a tree.

"Naruto speaking, we have surrounded the cat. Over." Naruto said while hiding behind a tree.

"On position team? Over." Kakashi said.

"Sasuke speaking, on position. Over." Sasuke said from behind a bush.

" Sakura speaking, On position. Over." Sakura said from inside a bush.

"Do we have to say *Over*? Over." Naruto asked in a irritated voice.

"Yes we have to. Over." Replied Sakura.

"Distance from the target? Over." Kakashi asked.

"6 meters. Over." Sasuke replied.

"7 meters. Over." Sakura said.

"5 meters. Believe it. Over." Naruto said.

"...Go." Kakashi ordered. With the order of Kakashi all three of jumped from their hiding place. And in a matter of seconds the cat was caught.

"Confirm cat Tora." Kakashi ordered.

"Confirmed cat Tora." Sasuke replied. In the background Naruto was being scratched by the cat and Sakura looking at it with anger.

Team 7 has mainly completed D rank missions useing shadow clones. Even though the Hokage knew that we were still allowed to use shadow clones but we will have to frequently do missions useing our real body.

Team 7 entered the mission office and handed the cat. A woman came to take the cat. The women's love was so much that the cat was trying it's hardest to run away from her.

" It serves him right. Damn cat." Naruto said. " You shouldn't be saying that loud, you idiot." Sakura said angrily." Both of you don't start bickering here." Kakashi simply said.

On the other hand Sasuke seems to be thinking of something. And it seems like he remembered what he was trying to remember. Also he went back to his blank face.

It didn't took long before Naruto started to shout and complain about doing D rank missions. ' Even if our shadow clones did the most of the missions he still can't keep his mouth shut. And it seems what I thought happened. Even if Kakashi sensei has the motivation to improve both Naruto and Sakura seems to still not understand what a shinobi life is. And it's not like Kakashi can always tell them to train.' Sasuke thought mentally sighing.

"Ok Team 7 I will give you a C rank protection mission." The Hokage announced. " Who are we protecting? A princess? Or A feudal lord?" Naruto asked in his usual loud voice without any manners what so ever. "Don't be so hasty. I will introduce him to you now." Hokage said with puff of smoke. " You can come in." He ordered.

With his order a drank old man entered the room. " What? They are all kids!" The man exclaimed. After drinking some more wine he asked," Is the small one with the idiotic face really a ninja?" After that the same happened like Naruto trying to murder our client.

" Pack your bags and meet on the main gate. We will be away from the village for at least a month." Kakashi said and left.

I packed my bags and took my chokuto. I put my bag on the storage scroll. I put two modified storage band in wrist. They have Kunai, shuriken and ninja strings. I put my chokuto on my back. I put extra Kunai and shuriken bag to look normal. And after packing all necessary things I left to join my team.

When I arrived at the meeting place I met with only Kakashi sensei and the bridge builder. ' Even if I don't want to admit it I can see both Naruto and Sakura being only a burden in this mission. Naruto still wears orange, loud mouth, attention seeker and a big idiot. He thinks himself as the hero of his dream.' I sighed in my mind while waiting for both of my teammates.

' As for Sakura I think she will go back to her previous self because of Naruto. Even if she doesn't diet she still has no goal than getting into my pants. Naruto made it worse he doesn't listens to any logic and doesn't thinks of the consequence of his actions. A lot of people died because of his recklessness. And he will keep encouraging Sakura even if it was her mistake. Sakura needs harsh words to understand the reality we are in and because of Naruto's overly obsessive nature he will stop any and everyone to even remind her of her mistakes. It seems I really have to leave the team after being a chunin.' I thought to myself. I would have not cared about them if it was two weeks ago but now they have to change I will always not be with them to help them.

After few minutes both of them came with their bags. I was disappointed to see that Naruto was still wearing that orange jumpsuit. In a way he is putting our lives in danger.

When we started walking Naruto was like a 4 year old kid in sugar rush. And like an idiot he made a fool of himself several times. Sakura asked the bridge builder about if there was ninjas in land of wave.

Well all the study she did helped nothing to increase her common sense. We walked for few days in civilian speed. After all that walking I saw the puddle which is like a begining of a new chapter and reminder that we live in a world where money and strength is everything.

Just when we passed the puddle two mist ninja came out of it. After cutting Kakashi's substitute into pieces they came running towards us. Both Naruto and Sakura with the bridge builder was frozen in shock and fear.

Just as they were about to reach us both of them fell unconscious in front of us. " Well it seems I misjudged the power of the genjutsu. Using genjutsu in a shadow clone and a person is really different. And it seems the genjutsu was too effective on knocking them out." I said aloud testing my genjutsu skills for the first time on a person.

Watching me bind both ninjas with ninja strings made all three of them awoke from their frozen state. " Well good job on easily catching them. But you shouldn't go around testing your genjutsu skills in the middle of battle." Kakashi said while coming out of his hiding place.

" WHAT WAS ALL THAT ABOUT." said both Naruto and Tazuna seeing what happened. Tazuna was angry over us. On the other hand Naruto was angry and frustrated on himself for just being frozen. I really don't care what he thinks right now because he was going on mission like it was a picnic trip. It was simply a blow on his nonexistent pride in my opinion. It's not like anyone died. Still it shows how far he is from even calling himself a ninja. Not everyone wearing headband can be called a ninja and not a orange jumpsuit wearing monkey jumping around is suited for being a ninja.

Well Kakashi interrogated those two for information. I volunteered myself to get some advice in this field. With some mind games and genjutsu I was able to get the necessary amount of information. At the end of it Kakashi was sweating and looking at me like he was looking at a monster. He said I was to natural too be normal in this field. I just looked confused. I don't really remember any personal life information of my previous life. I am now completely able to accept myself as Sasuke Uchiha. And so all his memories affects my life. The same happened where Tazuna tried to guilt trip us. Well this time Naruto looked like a puppy who got a chance to become the hero of his dream and made all of us agreed on helping wave country.

After the hassle of going by the boat Naruto was giving me challenging look I didn't bother to reply. I was disappointed in Naruto for going back to his previous self just in 15 days. Kakashi trained all of us in taijutsu, chakra control and even given us jutsu scrolls. It was far different from the canon but it all went to smoke because of both of their lack of trying and motivation. 'It seems that without me they can't even f..king improve! Only after the canon Sasuke left they had the motivation to improve. But I will not do that I will only become independent chunin after becoming a chunin or go with other jonins.' My disappointment turned to anger when Naruto started to jump around like a monkey all the while looking at me like he must defeat me. The same event happened Sakura hitting him in the head for injuring a white rabbit. Now it should.....

Just as I was thinking when will the blade will be thrown over our heads the blade went above our heads. A person with face bandaged was on top of the blade. " Well well well isn't the the fa#&£&.. KID YOU SHOULD NOT MEDDLE IN WHEN ADULTS ARE TAKING." Zabuza came and was about to talk with Kakashi like a friend but I threw a kunai with explosive paper bomb hidden by a simple genjutsu. I didn't really minded his shouting. I had already sensed another chakra signature hidden about 200 meters away from us. I checked my surroundings useing my Sharingun and found out that this place was specially created to have battle against us. The air and water were mixed with Zabuza's chakra. He even had few hidden water clone to back him up.

It was Zabuza's years of battle experience and instinct that made him jump away from the explosion. The battle was one sided. I had stopped all the water clones coming towards us useing Kunai and shuriken without moving from my place. I also had trained myself using Kakashi's full blast of killing intent. Because Kakashi didn't had to take care of us and he started to train himself he defeated Zabuza without getting caught.

At the end the same happened and the fake hunter nin took Zabuza's body without killing him. Naruto was angry again in himself for being useless again but I didn't cared to listen to his useless talking. " If you really want to be in any use at least try to act like a ninja." I simply said to him. His behaviour is like a child who didn't got his candy.

After that Naruto stopped his tantrum and we all started to walk towards Tazuna's house. Besides because Kakashi didn't had to fight for long he didn't faint.
