"The others already had dinner and headed to sleep although they were sad you didn't come down especially Nessa" My mother said making me let out a deep sigh before i responded with a weak voice.
"I~I'm sorry" I felt embarrassed not just because of my actions but also because I saw my mother eye's trail down for a second.
"I lost track of time" I smiled weakly with a face of apology but I only received a raised eyebrow in response.
"Are you going to invite me in" My mother asked and I quickly moved out of the way letting her walk past me into the room.
My mother was still wearing her floral dress that let her well endowed chest bounce with each stride she made. I shook my head forcing myself to look away as I shut the door behind me, Warmth filled my chest at the thought of catching up and taking with her after so long.
"Let me get changed really quick" I said looking down and trying to make my way to the closet once more.
"Your fine sweetheart" My mother waved her hand as if I was being ridiculous before raising an eyebrow.
"It's nothing I haven't already seen" She gave me a teasing look that made me blush slightly in embarrassment.
"Although my baby has really grown up" My mother looked regretful as she came closer to me and stared deeply into my eyes.
"I feel guilty I wasn't there for every part" She pursed her plump lips and I quickly shook my head.
"You shouldn't it's not like either of us asked for me to become the hero" I sighed and I could see indescribable emotions written on my mother's beautiful face.
Her actions and words made me realize that I never truly looked at everything from my mother's standpoint. My sister left the house before she even became of age leaving only me and then soon after I was chosen as the hero and whisked away, As a mother especially one as caring as her it must of been hard.
"I truly missed you mother" I gave her a gentle smile and reached my hand up caressing her smooth cheek.
"Thank you baby" My mother's expression softened as she leaned into my touch and moved her own hand holding mine.
"Now!" My mother raised her voice making me startled as I saw her smirking and giving me a teasing look.
"Tell me all about your adventures" I smiled lowering my hand and shaking my head.

"Oh my!" My mother made an exaggerated reaction causing her chest to bounce as she put her hand over her mouth.
"You actually fought a demon general" She looked both terrified and relieved as she gave me another look over with motherly eyes.
"I'm fine!" I rolled my eyes after seeing the same reaction she had to almost every one of the fights I had told her about.
Me and my mother sat on one of the couches that were very comfortable as we faced each other. The sun had already fully fallen leaving the moon light shining in through the window, The room illuminated by the hanging chandelier over the bed as I told her everything that had happened since I had left that fateful day.
'Well I left out a couple things' Of course I didn't tell my mother about all the times I had gotten injured.
'….And Leon' I also left out Leon's skill and the fact that Ella and the others had been intimate with him.
"So that's why you're back? A banquet?" My mother shook her head while giving me a looking at me with proud eyes.
"My son truly is amazing!" She smiled brightly and clapped her hands making me feel embarrassed.
"Anyone could have done it if they were blessed to the goddess" I shook my head voicing my honest thoughts before I felt my mother's delicate fingers grip my chin.
"Don't downplay your accomplishments" She frowned forcing me to look at her as she reached ti and taped my nose with her other hand.
"You were chosen as the hero for a reason" Her words were the same I had told myself many times and yet coming from her mouth I started to believe them.
