章 243: A duel at the summit

The appearance of an Elder Lich surprised the cultists. They weren't expecting a young Dreamwalker like Xander to possess such a powerful card in his arsenal. 

The cultist wearing the bloodstained robes continued chanting while the other one stepped out of the ritualistic circle to take matters into his own hands. 

"You are not going to get past me, Dreamwalker. All your cards and weapons cannot help you prevail against us for we are blessed by the Dark Mother. And she knows how to take care of her children."

"Sounds like your delusion speaking," Xander mocked, cocking an eye at the cultist. "I've already gutted your brother like a pig inside Claire's Death Nightmare. And you're next in line."

As the undead minions crawled their way out of the ground and stood upon the snowy summit, the Elder Lich looked over its left shoulder and asked Xander, "What is your command, Master?"
