Tina grabbed Alex's hand with strength as they descended the steps of the dungeon. Like the goblin dungeon, a narrow corridor led to an intersection.

"We're fine," Alex reassured the girl. He wasn't afraid, but the laugh in the distance had made him wary of what was in storage for them. The laugh was similar to a hyena. At the same time, it looked animalistic and human, as if the monsters were smiling at a joke only they understood.

The immense quantity of light inside the corridor made by everyone's ores caused their shadows to become almost transparent on the walls and floor, which theoretically made the monsters unable to fight them inside their ethereal form.
