章 59: Getting Out Of The City

"Ouch!"

Ji Hoon opened his eyes and felt intense throbbing pain assaulting his head. He was forced to close his eyes again while squeezing his temples with both hands.

"Easy," the sound of the old man came nearby before adding, "you just overused your power without being ready."

"What happened?" Ji Hoon tried to open his eyes slowly to accommodate the light. It felt like he was facing a very shiny lamb or something.

"Your senses are stressed and exhausted," the old man said, "you need to rest a little before being able to move."

"Anna…" as Ji Hoon started to recall what happened, he recalled the scene when he collapsed while holding the unconscious Anna in his arms.

"Don't worry about her," the old man said, "she is sleeping in the next room and looks fine to me."

"Is she?" Ji Hoon felt that the old man was deceiving him so he wouldn't get worried. "I need to see her now."
