"We are finished; go do your jobs," I said to my assistants, as we finished up with a discussion of diagnostics and treatments.

I have a few more hours before I see the patients in the evening.

All five of them bowed and left the room and I turned into the breakthrough formation, where twelve people were making a breakthrough.

It had been four weeks since I started the clinic and now, the breakthrough formation rarely remains empty.

Not all the people here are making a breakthrough from Primary III to Sovereign. Some are making a breakthrough to levels within Sovereigns, which is fine by me.
