章 363: Clashing Feelings

Everyone was so busy both in-game and in the real world that they didn't notice the passage of time.

After all that ended and before the holidays would be the students' exams.

Ren, in particular, poured all his attention into World Conqueror to get his mind off his miserable forced relationship and Evie's indirect rejection.

Ren didn't bother waiting for her and said, "If it's nothing important, then I'll hang up. It's getting late."

He wanted to say something, but he didn't know how to start or where to begin. All he knew was that he had to end this conversation before he made things worse by saying something stupid, which, in turn, might put Evie in trouble.

"Wait!" Saya panicked when she sensed that Ren was about to turn off his phone and she blurted without stopping.

"I heard that you received an invitation to Silvia's party. Let's go and attend her birthday."
