章 412: The Celebration

Zivan held Marcella's hand as they reached near the party hall. Even with the door closed and quite far away, Zivan could hear dance music being played and the chattering of people.

As the main character of the party, both Marcella and Zivan had arrived fashionably late. 

A maid opened the door and everyone inside turned their head in the direction of the door.

For two seconds the chattering stopped and then again started with much more vigour.

Liliana made her way through the crowd and walked up to them.

"Welcome to this humble get-to gather your highness," she bowed deeply.

Duke Bolton also came stumbling behind her.

"W-welcome, y-your hig-highness," the man said.

Zivan frowned at his appearance.

Liliana hurriedly pinched the hand of her husband and invited them in.

Although she said it was a humble get-together, it was more like a very large party.
