“Why are we here then if you got him back?”

“We didn’t catch the kidnappers. Two wolf shifters.”

Ric growled. “From our pack?”

“No, Elijah lives in Ashork, but I’m not sure the wolves were from there.”

Ric groaned. “Could be anyone.”

“Yup, but he can’t go home until we’ve found them.” And not then either, because he was Kol’s. He blew out a breath and tried to push the aching need away. “Gather round, people.” Everyone, including a solid Sandy, formed a half circle in front of him.
