Aldric gently withdrew from Islinda, a gentle sigh escaping from both of their lips from the delightful loss. He shifted his weight, choosing to lie on his side as they both breathed heavily, their bodies still recovering from the intensity of their encounter. 

Islinda, still immersed in the afterglow, looked at him with a sense of disbelief and wonder. The experience had been unlike anything she had ever felt before; it was amazing. 

As she lay there, her hand moved to her chest, where she felt a curious sensation—a deep, almost palpable connection to Aldric. It was as if a part of him had become intricately entwined with her own being.
