章 57: Chapter 57

Having a plan in place somehow made Celeste feel lighter for the rest of the week even though Bane kept coming back day even on Saturday. He always ordered two coffees and insisted on having Celeste make them. He would even insist on waiting for her if she wasn't in yet or on break. 

The alpha mixed up the amount he gave the small human in tips. Generous enough but too much so that she couldn't object. He seemed to have found the sweet spot between ten and fifteen dollars. She would frown at him but at least she didn't try to force him to take it back. 

The amount was far too little to him considering the fortune that he had managed to amass. To Divo, for his mate he would give every single dollar he had in his account if it meant she would be stick by his side and be taken care of for the rest of her life. It wasn't cheap living as a human but he was pretty sure probably even had enough to take care of their future pups.
