What followed the loud sound of slap was gasps from the onlookers. Everyone was shocked when they saw Da Gao slap his grandma and the old lady fall to the ground. She hit her head on the stone and just lay there unmoving.

After a long silence, Da Gao finally realized something was wrong with his grandma and said doubtfully, "Grandma, don't pretend to be unconscious."

Seeing his grandma lying motionless on the ground, he walked over and found that her head was bleeding. Looking at the blood on the surface of the stone, Da Gao's face turned pale. 

He turned to look at Su Anna and said tremblingly, "Wife, what should I do? Grandma… Her head is bleeding… Did I kill my grandma?"

Su Anna was disgusted that he called her that, and lowered her head, pretending to look scared. Not long after, a villager shouted, "Take your grandma to Doctor Xie, otherwise she will really die!"
