"Oh? Where's Princess Ginalou?" Ethel asked. She was waiting for Ginalou to bring Christopher to her room, but only her son arrived.
Christopher joined Ethel in lying comfortably in bed. He hugged Ethel as he felt unfamiliar with the original Mila's new body—short and petite. Although Christopher has become bigger than his mother, he still cuddles her like he used to before.
"Mom, please don't bully my wife." he said softly, to which Ethel responded with a chuckle.
"I am not bullying your wife." Ethel said.
The mother and son tightly hugged each other as they missed each other greatly.
They are both aware that they are not the mother and son of the same timeline, but they find solace in the things they missed in their own versions.
Ethel wanted to make up with her son, whom he left because of her self-centered decision to die, while Christopher wanted to feel the mother's love that the current Mila failed to care for.
