章 66: Chapter 66: Elm Wands

An elm wand is any wand that is crafted out of wood from an elm tree. More specifically, an elm wand is any wand that has an elm shaft, an elm handle, or both.

Elm Trees

Folk names for elm trees include The Goddess Tree, Lady in the Forest, and Elven because of their love of the tree.

Elms are large deciduous trees that exist in over 30 species that range across the temperate parts of North America and Eurasia. They can best be identified by their leaves, which are oval tapering to a point, with prominent veins, saw-toothed edges, and most importantly are asymmetrical at the base.
