章 20: THE COUNCIL

Not long after the Lord Left, every other person also left except the dinning room table except Roderick.

"It's time to go the council, milady" He said with a smile.

Magdalene was nervous but she only managed to nod and she trailed behind him while they left the gigantic castle.

He gave her a hand as she climbed the carriage. Magdalene sat beside him but wasn't comfortable, she only thought about the council , she couldn't hold it in any longer, so she decided to ask.

"Why are we going to the council, Sir Roderick?" Her Soft feminine voice asked.

"You'll find out soon" He said with a mysterious smile.

"Can you at least tell me a little about the council?" Magdalene asked politely, Roderick nodded before he started explaining to her.
