章 132: LADY CORDELIA

A woman dressed in a three layer brown dress walked in. She wore lacy black gloves and her brown hair was attached to pins. Many gasped seeing how beautiful she was.

Magdalene was the most surprised one, she always used to see herself as ordinary despite being told that she was extraordinary beautiful, compared to this woman she suddenly felt inferior. She could see a happy smile beaming on everyone's face with each step that the lady too further.

"Wow. Lady Cordelia!" one of the men exclaimed.

"Author!" She called back in the same excitement. When she got to him, he stood up from his chair and took her hand to place and adoring kiss on it before going to seat back. One after the other the men came forward took her hand to place a worshipping kiss on it.

Magdalene was bewildered as she saw the clear adoration in their eyes and how they took turns in kissing her hand. Who was she Magdalene wondered.

"Cordelia. How are you?" Morgan cheerfully asked.
