章 261: Chapter 261: Flutter Away

Stephen was packing his things when someone knocked on the door. He looked at it and, even though he knew that there was no one in the house, he would want to see, he sighed and said, "Come in please."

When Dinah walked in, he cursed himself for being such a fucking fool. "What do you want?" he asked her, not unkindly.

Dinah lowered her head and said, "Stephen, please don't be mad at me. I promise I won't mention the camping trip again, or your lover."

Stephen looked at her skeptically and said, "I hope you can keep your promise. You may not know it, but you are playing with fire."

Now that that was done, Dinah suddenly realized what Stephen was doing. "Stephen," she worried. "What are you doing, and where are you going?"

"It is nothing to worry about," Stephen replied. "I am moving back to my house. The renovations are finally complete."

"What about me?" Dinah whispered nervously.

 Stephen shrugged and continued packing.
