章 67: Beggars Can’t be Choosy

After he settled Fyre into the passenger seat, making sure that he was fully buckled up, they soon left the venue without a problem. The whole ride was filled with silence. While Fyre was in no condition to have a proper conversation due to his heat, Tian Zi on the other hand wasn't in the mood to talk. He was still a little upset about this whole thing and he'd rather shut his mouth for now than argue with the Omega. At the same time, there was that pheromone that was trapped inside the car as well, despite already slightly opening the window for ventilation. He needed to focus or else all his senses would overpower his mind.

"T-Tian Zi... M-My body's hot..." Fyre suddenly uttered. His body started to tremble and his scent became stronger, its main purpose was to find an Alpha to mate with by instinct.

"I know... Hold on, ...damn it..." Tian Zi cursed, and he too began to breathe heavily. He knew full well that the situation was becoming more dangerous. He had not been exposed this long to Fyre's pheromones before and he couldn't deny that it was indeed too strong for him. He thought he could handle it since he had managed to for many years but now, it was different. It wasn't helping that he was currently already intoxicated with alcohol. His senses were way too loose at the moment, making it even more challenging to hold on to his control.

He hated to admit it, but Paul had been right, it was insane of him to decide to send Fyre back when he was in heat, but then again, Tian Zi was glad that he hadn't accepted that room. He didn't regret it. He didn't want to owe anyone, especially Paul Hymlyn. That man got on his nerves for some reason.

"Fuck! Your place is too far..." Tian Zi cursed again. For a quick second, he calculated how long it would take to arrive at Fyre's place and whether he'd be able to hold on till then. He knew he wouldn't, so the best solution to their current situation was to temporarily go to a closer place and wait for Fyre to rest there. They didn't have much time. And in the worst-case scenario, they might end up in a traffic accident, possibly killing someone or dying in the process.

"Fyre, do you have your suppressant on you?" Tian Zi asked as he maneuvered the car to a different lane. He had decided that it was best to change destination rather than risk everything. Additionally, he was soon reaching his limit and he could feel his rut coming, feeling his crotch getting tighter and tighter. He didn't have his own suppressant on him because he was in a hurry when he left earlier, but Fyre should have one since he just came from his heat weeks ago and it was expected for it to come back every now and then.

"Hmmn, car... a-at Paul's car..." Fyre moaned. He did prepare a suppressant but earlier, he carelessly left it in the car thinking it wouldn't be a problem since he had taken it already.

". . ." Not replying, Tian Zi cursed again internally. He had no one to blame for this except that Paul Hymlyn. If he and Fyre were true friends, he should have known that Fyre was recessive and that crowded places where there are a lot of pheromones in one closed room could affect Fyre's body at any given time. He should have taken it into consideration before inviting him to the event without a proper counter measure.

"Hang in there. We're about to arrive." Tian Zi said after a long silence. He impatiently tapped on his wheels waiting for the car in front of them to move.

It was only seconds but as soon as it moved, he sighed in relief as if he waited for a year to finally happen. Tian Zi then quickly turned into the intersection leading to the parking lot of a building. It's been a while since he had been at the place but it was the closest so he had no choice. He had wanted to go to Empire Hotel because there was a private elevator for him there but he couldn't be choosy now as long as Fyre couldn't settle.

Tian Zi pulled up at his designated parking spot. He didn't say much and quickly stepped outside. He felt a little relief that he was finally out of the car but he knew his suffering wasn't ending there. He stripped off his coat that was coated with his scent before he opened Fyre's door. The Omega was barely conscious, he gulped feeling captivated at the sight, but he strengthened his resolve and draped his coat over Fyre before unbuckling his seat belt and soon lifting him into his arms.

Thankfully, from there, everything went smoothly. It was already common knowledge that an Omega in heat must be soon put in isolation or just let his partner help him, so everyone who witnessed Tian Zi carrying Fyre, it was common sense to let them through the elevator first. Luckily, there was not a single Alpha or Omega around so the commotion was kept at a bare minimum.

At long last, arriving at the top floor of the building, Tian Zi sighed in relief when he walked inside his penthouse, Fyre still in his arms. The door locked automatically as he marched towards the nearest room until finally laying him down on the bed. However, despite that, Tian Zi's condition was actually already at the lowest point that it was a miracle that he still managed to find themselves a safe place to stay in. His rut was at its peak! The painful erection and unbearable desire within him were starting to take over. He truly didn't want to leave Fyre alone. At this moment, he was like a rabid dog looking for someone he could bite... and that was Fyre.

Tian Zi inhaled deeply the sweet alluring scent which sent signals to his body down to his already stiff member. Alas, he was still a gentleman and he respected Fyre. He knew the Omega wouldn't want any of this. He desperately grabbed onto his rationality and forced himself to turn away when he suddenly felt someone pulling his clothes.

"S-stay..." Fyre mumbled, between his panting. He looked at Tian Zi in a daze before he begged again. "Stay with me," Fyre said and slowly sat up, making sure he wasn't letting go of Tian Zi. His eyes were sharp like a predator looking at his prey... and he was. Normally, it was the opposite but with their situation, it was hard to tell. Meanwhile, Tian Zi gulped nervously. The whole scenario was happening too fast for him to grasp and before he knew it he was on the bed with Fyre on top of him.

"F-Fyre..." Tian Zi called in shock, he wondered how the Omega was able to pull him into the bed.

"You're angry... You're angry with me..." Fyre mumbled with a pout and a cute frown on his brows. He may not be fully in his right mind to think right now, but he knew that Tian Zi was upset about something or maybe perhaps he knew why the Alpha was angry, but he was too afraid to ask and assume.

"Snap out of it, Fyre..." Tian Zi said with knitted brows as he used his dominant voice. He was beginning to feel pain the longer he was with Fyre. The last time this happened to them, the Omega completely forgot everything the next morning. Well... it wasn't like anything happened between them, since he'd managed to suppress himself before anything worse could happen. But, it was the worse torture ever and he even got sick that very next day while pretending everything was fine.

He didn't want to betray Fyre and he really worked hard to keep it that way, but right now, he was starting to think otherwise. The Omega was too comfortable with him as if he'd forgotten that he was also an Alpha and could attack him at any time. Defile him!

"No! Because you're angry with me? You're angry because I went with Paul..." Fyre burst with another pout. He didn't care anymore! If he was fully conscious, he would have wanted the ground to swallow him entirely but, because his heat was making him too frank with all of his feelings, he was saying the things he wanted to say. This was because heat does not just affect the body, the hormones surging across the body also change the state of mind, turning someone into a completely different person from their original personality. While someone could be expressionless when sober, they could be a completely honest person when drunk with desires.

"Fyre, stop it! You don't know what is running in my mind right now..." Tian Zi groaned helplessly. He hoped the Omega would understand and that his senses would come back, even just a little. There was silence between them and Tian Zi sighed in relief thinking that Fyre had snapped back. But soon he was proven wrong when he saw the Omega suddenly leaning down to him.

"Then do it! I don't care." Fyre whispered softly. He held Tian Zi by his collar and brought his lips against the Alpha. Fyre gasped sweetly, forcing his tongue in causing Tian Zi to freeze. And just like that, the last string of rationality that he had so desperately been holding on to finally snapped as he returned the kiss, deeper, and rougher. He held Fyre by his nape, not letting him pull away until he was satisfied and breathless.

"You better not forget about this." Tian Zi growled hungrily against Fyre's swollen lips before kissing it again. However, the passionate kiss didn't last long since both of them clearly wanted something else. Tian Zi swiftly changed their position and for a brief moment, he stare at Fyre's erotic image before he began tearing the expensive fabric on Frye's body and throwing it far until there was nothing left except his smooth flawless skin that he was hopelessly trying to hide.

Tian Zi didn't say anything as he proceeded to take off his own clothes until there was only his underwear. This was the furthest he had ever come so far when it came to making out. He had not been fully naked in front of anyone except Fyre and he was well aware that it was the same for Fyre. If he could guess it correctly, this would be both their first times and so far, at least for Tian Zi, he didn't feel like this was wrong. He didn't want to stop. Well... even if he did want to, he wouldn't be able to. They were already at the point of no return.

"T-Take it off..." Fyre whispered, his expression as if saying it was unfair that he was the only one getting fully naked. It was a simple gesture but in Tian Zi's eyes, he was positive Fyre was trying to seduce him so without waiting for more, he soon slid off the small piece of cloth exposing his painfully erect rod. It was standing so prominently, carrying its own weight from the massive and long girth. Fyre was briefly taken aback but he quickly blushed, covering his face in embarrassment. Tian Zi as well, it wasn't like it was his first time showing his penis to someone but for some reason, Fyre's reaction had a different impact. Gladly though, it didn't seem like he was terrified at the sight so that meant he could continue.

His hands venturing toward Fyre's legs, Tian Zi gulped once again as he slowly spread them uncovering the wet entrance. The sight was wonderful. He could feel his rod twitch in need. "S-stop staring..." Fyre suddenly whined and quickly closed his legs with teary eyes before he sat up. He was wondering what Tian Zi was doing when he saw him just staring at his most private part... frozen!

"I-I'm sorry..." Tian Zi quickly apologized. Earlier he was a little bit relaxed but now he suddenly didn't know what to do. He didn't realize he was staring for far too long like a pervert. His heartbeat took a faster pace as he stared at Fyre ghastly, afraid that the Omega would suddenly kick him out because he was acting weird.

He did know what to do, everything was in his head, ...but he didn't know it was this difficult to execute. He didn't know where to start and he was worried if he would do something wrong or if Fyre would find his touch disgusting. His mind suddenly became dizzy with all of this in his mind. Meanwhile, Fyre glared at Tian Zi in annoyance. He may be in heat but he could obviously still get shy when his partner stared at his wet cherry like a creep.

"I-I'm sorry...It's my first time..." Tian Zi suddenly admitted, seeing that Fyre was glaring at him and he was afraid that he would get misunderstood. It was embarrassing to admit but at this moment, beggars can't be choosy.
