Lauren's brow furrowed as she continued her examination. "Make them wait," she replied, her tone resolute. "I'm busy." She turned her attention back to the infant, her fingers gently probing the child's forehead.

"How do you clean or wipe your baby whenever she's pooping or you're changing a diaper?" Lauren asked the parents, her voice clinical yet compassionate.

The parents exchanged a glance before responding. "Uh, we wipe it just like usual," the mother said, her expression uncertain.

"Show me," Lauren commanded, gesturing for them to demonstrate.
