"Rayleigh! Wake up, kid!" Madelyn exclaimed as she barged into Rayleigh and Isabelle's room without knocking, seeing her daughter tangled with her daughter-in-law inside the blanket.

"Mom! I locked the door!" Rayleigh complained, quickly pulling the blanket to cover herself and Isabelle, who was shocked and still drowsy from just waking up.

"What happened?" Isabelle's voice was still groggy.

"Tsk, a door is nothing for me," Madelyn said, clicking her tongue. "Dressed up quick and go downstairs, you two!" She then left in a hurry, leaving the door open.

"Mom!!!" Rayleigh felt really annoyed; not only had her mother just opened the door, but she also didn't close it. "Christopher! I know you're close!"

Hearing Rayleigh's scream, Christopher poked his head in, keeping it turned down. "Yes, doctor?"

"Close the door for me!"

"Okay," he said softly, quickly closing the door.
