Gracian knew for sure that the letter was from Emperor Arkan D'razure. As per his wish, he really did get permission to go to the Azure Planet. 

"This… is there another one?" But it turned out there were two letters in one envelope, one was the letter from the Emperor which permitted him to enter the capital planet, the Azure Planet and in the other letter, Gracian was invited to the naming ceremony of the first Prince.

"This man! He is doing this on purpose! Why would he set the naming ceremony just when I wanted to go to Holy Azure Temple for my cub!" Gracian roared and banged on the desk. As a result, the desk instantly turned into dust! 

The naming ceremony was not just any ordinary ceremony where someone would get simply a name but it was for the newborns of influential people like the children born from nobles, kings, princes etc.
