Spirit: What about the defenses?
Achuta: If I can fight, I can make up for what I spent myself.
Spirit: ...OK

Achuta: Exclude all methods outside our price range.
Spirit: Is there anything else you need?
Achuta: Exclude any method that is limited by the type of mana it can produce.
Spirit: That leaves 5 methods.
Achuta: Hmmm. Than we'll buy the Foundational Mana Technique. It seems to be the only one that is worth buying.
Spirit: This one was made by a Dungeon master so it makes sense.
Achuta: ?
Spirit: Only dungeon masters and those who reach sage have access to the akashic records and even then, a sages ability to access the record is limited to the laws that let them reach that stage in the first place.
Achuta: Oh.
Spirit: How about we name the Dungeon
Achuta: Akashic Library
Spirit: No can do. Anything with Akashic in it's name will attract too much trouble. After all, it's synonymous with heavens secrets in this world.
Achuta: Library Tower.
Spirit:… Library Tower it is. Though I would really like for a better name.
Achuta: Too troublesome. We can always change the name later.
Spirit: Just do so before our dungeon becomes famous.
Achuta: Why is it called a dungeon in the first place?
Spirit: Apparently, the one who developed the dungeon was a warden under a tyrannical emperor who conquered many worlds. The warden was having a hard time watching over the growing number of prisoners so he requested a researcher to create a growing prison. Over time, the prison developed an artifact spirit which grew to the level of a sage. Wanting to escape the control of it's master, it signed a contract with the akashic record to allow for it's reincarnation. In return it became a new species. By self destructing, it's shards would become the seeds that would grow another dungeon. Using this process, the first dungeon could escape. In return, the dungeon would collect data for the akashic record. This contract was passed down to all dungeons from then on.
While the spirit was explaining the story, Achuta was writing in one of the notebooks she brought with her from her old world. Suddenly, Achuta remembered all the notebooks she left behind in the old world. When she was about to tear up, she remembered the memories she duplicated before calming down.
Achuta: That doesn't make sense. Wouldn't all dungeons be limited to one world?
Spirit: Apparently, when a dungeon core is destroyed, the crystal implodes and it's contents are absorbed into a spatial distortion before being sent to different directions through space.
Achuta: Wow.
Spirit: A dungeon needs at least 10 floors before they can reproduce and reincarnate though. As for the Dungeon master, they are removed from the cycle of reincarnation until the dungeon produces it's 20th floor where the dungeon master can become a dungeon spirit as well.
Achuta: What about heaven and hell?
Spirit: The soul is removed from that domain thanks to the contract.
