He stabbed the victim with a needle at the artery. that needle has 0,2 mm in width and 1 cm / 10 mm in depth... meanwhile the common carotid artery exhibited the closest average distance to the skin (23.5 +/- 6.9 mm) whereas the internal carotid artery exhibited the closest average distance to the vertebral body (7.36 +/- 3.8 mm, measured to the transverse process) the needle could not reach the artery you could see the picture

There are similarities to animal assassin group but this is actually better. Atleast this one doesnt have plot holes every second.
