章 46: | Not Even The Devil Himself

Enzo pulled his hand from between my legs, but my body remained rigid. With a grin on his face, he brought his finger up to his nose, inhaling deeply. I fought to keep myself from gagging at the sight. 

  "You will marry me, Vanessa. You will give me what I've always wanted, and that's you on your knees at my feet…every goddamn day for the rest of your life." 

  More chills wracked my body. I felt physically ill, and the need to vomit was almost uncontrollable. Maybe I should throw up. Maybe if I did I would wake up from this nightmare.

With all the strength I had left in me, I grounded out, "I'll do no such thing, Enzo. There is no way in hell you can make me marry you." 

  "Oh, I can." He pulled his phone from his jacket pocket, flipped over the screen, and held it in front of my face.
