"Oh, I see. That's fine, but I really want to attack them alone, Breckson because it's not your responsibility. By the way, thank you very much for saving me," said Freislor while stroking Breckson's head.
"Freis, why is Reos always attacking you? What is he actually after from your people?" asked Breckson. The teenager sat down and bent his knees. After that, he crossed his arms.
"Do I have to tell you? To be honest, things like that are actually forbidden, Breckson. And I promised to Mr. Krapolis to keep it until I die. You know that my people uphold to keep a secret," answered the girl while lowering her head. Breckson who heard that answer immediately grabbed one of Freislor's hands.
"Are you doubting your best friend who has accompanied you since childhood? I'd be really disappointed if you did," said Breckson with a sad face.
"Okay, promise me that you'll never break that promise to me, Breckson," Freislor replied as she turned to Breckson doubtfully. Breckson snapped his fingers. And in an instant, their two pinkies fused together.
"Promise," he said quietly. Several beams of golden yellow light surrounded the two of them. Not long after, a little elf appeared wearing a white dress. She was holding a small brown stick. The little fairy flew around them. After that, that fairy tied their little finger together with a flower arrangement.
"Okay, I'll tell you. Breckson, you must have heard about Apolesio being one of the lead astronauts, right?" Freislor looked into Breckson's eyes intently, waiting for an answer from him with a sense of calm.
"Well, I've heard about it a long time ago. He was a famous astronaut. Why? Hasn't he passed away? And he said, leaders who were born from his wife are hiding in a valley. Is that true?" asked Breckson, the teenager thinking hard about it.
"No, it's all a lie. The Apolesio was confined in a dark circle impenetrable to the eyes of ordinary humans, Breckson. And, what have you said is wrong. Because the children of Mr. Apolesio are actually roaming free now. Lord Reos, Lord Krapolis, and the two others you saw are their children. However, Mr. Kaprolis always upholds world peace and honesty. While the others are just going their wrong way."
"Really? Why is that? And, may I ask you. I was once told by Lord Swerol that we are all descended from them, is that true? If so, why didn't I and all my citizens know about it?" Breckson's question made the girl shake her head.
"Listen, Mr. Reos and the others just want to take over from all of his father's power, of course that is not supported by Lord Krapolis. And what have you said was true, you are one of the descendants of Lord Reos. It's just that, the descendants of Reos already have his own time loop. Mr. Krapolis doesn't want you to feel guilty for the mistakes that the predecessors have made. He just wants to take care of all of you. That's why all of you have no memory of what happened in the past. Except for the bad things about the past, i mean, it is about my people, the predecessors of the Krapolis."
"I hate you, Freis," Breckson said in a low voice. The teenager looked away from Freislor.
"What? Why?" asked Freislor, the girl raised one eyebrow. One of her other hands grabbed Brekcson's hand.
"Why did you never tell me something important like this? Why did you have to hide it from me?" he asked in an angry tone. The little elf flying between them looked at Freislor's face with a sad look. The elf flew over and grabbed Freislor's arms with both tiny hands.
"I.. I can't tell you, that is one of the forbidden things. You don't know how scared I am because i have told you about that now," said Freislor, the girl had tears in her eyes. Likewise with Breckson, the teenager shed tears.
"Okay, I might be annoyed with what you did. But, I don't hate you because you just said that now, Freis. I hate you because you never involved me in your every move. What do I mean to you?" asked Breckson, the mood was somber.
Freislor and Breckson can saw some stars in the sky clearly. They dimmed their own light, as if defending Breckson.
"Breckson, I'm sorry. I didn't want you to get involved in this because I don't want you to get hurt. And, I really don't want to see my loved ones go, that's all. You know that my people always leave me and I have to watch them go because of a terrible death. I and my people considered as jinxed. But, whatever it is. My mother told me something important. Actually, my predecessors at that time were trapped. One of them was assigned to lock up one of the greatest energies of the dark world. Lord Reos told my predecessors to lock that energy in a a place ruled by golden light."
"What happened after that?" Breckson corrected his sitting position. The teenager sat down and watched Freislor's face intently.
"Lord Reos said that, the energy that my predecessors were going to lock up was too great and had to be guarded. So that no one could unilaterally control it. My predecessors finally combined their power to lock it. However, after arriving at that place, Lord Reos and his followers killed my predecessors instead. They seized all of the elder's power and combined it with their own energy. And that caused the greatest dark energy in life and space to die was spread. They have all been framed."
Breckson watched the girl's eyes with deep feeling. The night wind moved gently past them. Making both of them feel cold. Freislor chose to remain silent for some time. She wanted to know what was in Breckson's head after she came out so frankly.
"Freis, from now on. Never do anything alone, okay? I'm here. If you think of me as your best friend. Then, you have to be willing to share your troubles with me, okay?" asked Breckson while hugging the girl. Freislor shed tears and nodded her head slowly. The fairy who was watching the two slowly flew between them. She turned into a small point of fire and disappeared. There is no more light that accompanies them except for the moon and the stars in the sky.
