章 1: chapter one

Earth, our solar system's third planet, is a place where life thrives. The clever beings that call this planet home continuously shape it for comfort, seemingly content and joyful to reside here. Technological progress was advancing, just scratching the surface of its potential.

Inventors sought to transform the unimaginable into reality. Yet, little did they realize that, in their pursuit, they were unknowingly taking steps towards altering and endangering their very own world.

Human scientists, to be exact, held a belief that they were not solitary inhabitants of the galaxy. Their conviction extended to the existence of extraterrestrial life beyond our solar system. Then, in February 2024, a remarkable invention emerged – the radio sounder x ultra. It was deemed capable of transmitting potent radio waves deep into the cosmos – a creation of unprecedented strength.

At precisely 11:40 AM in Washington D.C., a colossal structure stood, towering around thirty feet tall. Resembling a rocket, yet diverging midway with a gleaming silvery fuselage, culminating in an immense lens-like structure. A throng had assembled to witness the inaugural launch of this novel device.

The spectators situated themselves some fifty kilometers away from the radio sounder's position. Close by, scientists and mechanics stood in anticipation. As the apparatus readied itself to dispatch its vigorous waves into the void, everyone held their breath.

A luminous beam shot forth from the radio sounder, piercing the heavens with unwavering purpose. Triumphantly, the launch succeeded. All that remained was the patient wait for a response from the cosmos.

And a response did come, a confirmation that extraterrestrial existence had been found. Yet, the alien that answered was not the one anticipated. The Tranamites, locked in a distant space conflict with the Izigans, picked up the signal. The Tranamites, a highly organized and potent species, harbored a mission to locate intelligent life-bearing planets. Their purpose? To extract the core of such planets and seize control of the indigenous life forms.

In simple words, Earth, our home, reached out to the stars, only to unintentionally connect with a powerful alien species set on exploiting our planet's resources.

The Izigans mentioned a hidden world they referred to as the "planet of light," a secret tightly guarded from the Tranamites. Yet, the Tranamites recently intercepted signals from a celestial body they believed to be this very planet of light. These enormous Tranamites varied in form, standing taller than humans. Their diverse skin tones aside, their distinctive feature was the crimson luminescent patterns adorning their hands. These marks indicated the extent of their abilities. The Izigans, though a tad smaller, possessed their own unique marks with varying patterns and hues, each representing distinct Izigans groups and their powers.

Eager to validate the source of the signal, the Tranamites relayed it back to Earth. Their conviction grew stronger that it originated from a living planet. Unbeknownst to the Izigans, the Tranamites were on a collision course with Earth. Meanwhile, humans had already detected peculiar activities in space. This marked the first time the Tranamites ventured into the outer reaches of the Milky Way galaxy. They arrived amidst nebulous clusters with potent electric tendrils. These created a network of signals in space, visible from Earth. Upon investigation, humans observed colossal lightning-laden clouds with moving entities within.

In essence, the Tranamites' pursuit of the planet of light unknowingly drew them towards Earth, while human observers on Earth puzzled over the mysterious phenomena unfolding in the skies.

On Earth, uncertainty loomed as observers couldn't confirm the approaching threat. However, this massive object they had spotted was indeed closing in on Earth. About six months after the initial sighting, a peculiar event unfolded. It was approximately 1:30 PM in Washington D.C., echoing across the globe. Darkness descended, shrouding the planet. This was September of 2024, marking Earth's first harrowing encounter with extraterrestrial forces. Unfortunately, this encounter was far from benevolent.

The Tranamites deployed colossal objects, each towering around ten thousand feet in height. These structures descended from their main vessel to various locations on Earth. Suddenly, the largest object unleashed a devastating gravitational force, obliterating everything within its expanding radius. The wave's lightning speed caught the local inhabitants off guard, leaving them with no time to react.

Earth found itself in a dire situation. The towering structures were intended to anchor the massive Tranamite ships, enabling them to hover over the planet's surface. The dire implications became clear when the Tranamites began deploying smaller vessels. These craft captured humans and utilized the colossal structures to burrow into the Earth's depths, reaching for its core.

Human resistance proved futile against the Tranamites' might. The invasion persisted for approximately two months. Despite humanity's efforts, their assaults were systematically thwarted by the Tranamites. In the face of this overwhelming force, civilians sought refuge in hiding, while soldiers engaged in a relentless battle for survival.

Following Earth's descent into the brink of destruction, the Izigans emerged on the scene. This marked a turning point, transforming Earth into a battleground between two planets. The ensuing conflict raged on for roughly two years. The Izigans, after studying humans, recognized the potential for increased power if they fused with them. They foresaw that this unity could tip the balance against the formidable Tranamites.

However, it took approximately four years for humanity to fully comprehend the intricacies of the situation. As the Izigans attempted to communicate, only a select few humans could understand their intentions. These individuals, possessing the ability to decipher the Izigans' messages, secretly convened with the leaders of the world's most influential nations.

In a concealed meeting held at a well-hidden location, the chosen humans disclosed the truth. The Izigans, not the aggressors but saviors, were the ones orchestrating the rescue mission against the Tranamites. The key to ending the war lay in a united front. The Izigans urged humanity to join forces against the common enemy.

The proposal, however, required a significant sacrifice. The humans would need to meld with the Izigans, forging a partnership that would magnify their collective strength. Crucially, this fusion wouldn't alter the humans' physical forms. Instead, the humans would become conduits, enhancing the Izigans' powers while retaining control over them. This assertion was substantiated by the accidental birth of the first human-Izigan fusion.

This strategy wasn't limited to soldiers alone. Regular humans, through fusion, could also experience heightened abilities, potentially turning the tide of the war. It was a daunting proposition, fusing two distinct species in a last-ditch effort to secure Earth's survival.

The decision weighed heavily on world leaders for an extended period. The prospect of transforming humans into a semblance of aliens to secure victory was a moral quandary. During this deliberation, more humans were taken, the Izigans continued to battle, and Earth faced increasing devastation. After months of internal debate, the leaders consented to the fusion plan. Though met with resistance, humans were persuaded that this irreversible fusion was the sole means to triumph. Reassurances were offered that their lives would not be forfeit in this transformation.

Over time, a considerable number of humans embraced the idea, although many remained opposed. The clandestine fusion process ensued, resulting in the birth of human-Izigan hybrids. Each bore unique markings on their hands, reflecting the specific Izigans species they were linked with. These eight species possessed distinct colors: green, white, purple, blue, yellow, orange, pink, and red. They were bestowed with special designations.

Having honed their powers through extensive training, this fresh cadre of Izigans entered the fray. Sadly, the original Izigans' supremes, the most potent beings among them, had perished in battle. However, they believed in the potential for their spirits to be reborn.

Approximately one hundred thousand human-Izigan hybrids engaged in combat against the Tranamites. Three decades had passed since the Tranamites' initial invasion, with another two decades consumed by the warfare involving the new generation of human Izigans. Ultimately, the Tranamites were defeated, but not without significant sacrifices. Countless Izigans laid down their lives to shield Earth.

Certain defeated Tranamites fled the planet, while a few of the humans who had fused with them remained. Then, in October of 2050, after decades of struggle, the war finally concluded. Earth emerged victorious, liberated from its prolonged ordeal. The initial Izigans had already perished, passing on their abilities through birth or to other willing human defenders of the planet.

The planet lay in utter ruin, a desolate landscape of debris and shattered structures. Amidst the dust, rocks, and survivors, Earth emerged victorious through the assistance of the Izigans. However, very few original Izigans remained; only the humans now imbued with their powers endured. A grueling twenty-seven years passed before Earth could begin to mend the scars of war. Collaborating with the Izigans, the planet embarked on a journey of revival. Rebuilding commenced, cities were resurrected, and forests were replanted.

Amidst the reconstruction, an idea took root. Descendants of the Izigans who fought valiantly during the war needed a haven. A place of training, a sanctuary where they could harness their powers, safeguard Earth, and maintain balance within the galaxy. This duty included protecting other planets from the clutches of Tranamite invasion.

As Earth's rehabilitation progressed, advanced technology enabled the creation of a vast expanse beyond its bounds. A remote headquarters, situated far from Earth, became the locus of this endeavor. The remaining Tranamites established their own main headquarters scattered across galaxies, a strategic move to facilitate further conquests.

The initial Izigans were relocated to a spatial sphere, far from Earth, designed to be their sanctuary. However, the conflict persisted. The Tranamites, driven by their earlier defeat, continued their relentless pursuit of Earth's destruction.

Human Izigans coexisted with regular humans on Earth. Yet, a segment of the human populace harbored resentment towards these hybrid beings, forgetting that they were the saviors of the planet. While not universally despised, the Izigans faced resistance from many quarters.

Despite these challenges, all Izigans shared a common upbringing and purpose. Bound by their duty, they knew they were destined to safeguard their world, even at the cost of their own lives.
