章 8: Hey, Miss sunshine.
Ralph was a respectable senior officer, and that at the tender age of 22 years.
He was scouted back when he was in college. He helped the police to track a criminal in the worst possible way.
That criminal was a suspect of airplane hijack, and he was making other plans to destroy the peace and harmony of the nation.
A retired army personnel was his mentor, who taught him various fighting styles, hacking, criminal psychology, and most important :- survival strategies.
His mentor was very happy to have a student like Ralph, and that day, he asked him to solve that case for that sake of their nation. And Ralph did that, for the sake of the nation, or it looked like he did that for the sake of the nation.
As the criminal was riding a car, he firstly hacked into the traffic lights a few kilometers away and created a chaotic traffic jam.
Then, he rode his bike to a narrow alley, which was the only possible root of escape for that filthy cockroach (the criminal), and when that cockroach arrived, he used his slipper to crush him, I mean he used a punches and kicks and throws to turn him into pulp, and the first police officer who arrived there was so damn impressed by that young lad, that he wrote a letter to higher authorities to make him join (if needed, then even forcefully) the police force, because he was something that they couldn't afford the luxury to let go.
Ralph knew that all of it was done by his mentor, so he didn't resisted, because now he knew his mentor better that anyone else. He would never let him go away, and the sole purpose of training him was to make him able to serve the nation.
There are a few people in this world, who sacrifice their whole life to serve their nation. They give up on every thing, if possible, even their own lives in order to serve the nation. They do not have any other dreams, wishes than willing to see their mother land in peace. The overwhelming sense of serving something much greater than their sole existence excites them so much, that they don't even want to have their own life, own dreams, family or anything personal. Serving their nation is the sole purpose of their life.
Ralph's mentor was that sort of person.
There was a lot beneath that handsome face of Ralph, and his mentor never seemed to be bothered by that. He didn't thought that he could be someone who was not just a genius orphan. The thought of his dear student lying to him never crossed his mind. He was observing Ralph everyday at school, so he thought that he had a simple identity. But did he?
All of these stories led Ralph being someone who's level was far above than anyone else. Like a celebrity.
When Ralph set foot in his office, the public was in uproar.
But he was used to all of this, so he wasn't exactly bothered, but still casted a cold glance at everyone, and they shivered, and eventually, everything was silent.
He settled at his own office, and did a little research on that bloody Shredder, who was not as cool as his name was.
"This bloody f*cking pig, I am gonna spit roast him."
Honestly speaking, he was mad because he will have to put some efforts to kill him, or destroy him.
But for now, he also wanted to see her.
No matter how many times he told his heart to calm down, no matter how much he decreased the temperature of his room, that feeling won't go, lup-dup, lup-dup ,this sound won't fade, his body heat would just increase.
"You really wanna see her that bad? Okay let's go, otherwise who knows I will end up dead because of you, my foolish heart." He thought in his head, and left.
The truth was, he himself couldn't wait.
When you are in love, the felling that comes with it is not something one can describe in words. You think about them, and feel like somethings stabbing your heart. It's painful, but still we like it. You make a conversation in your mind, and smile like a lunatic. You want to tell them what you feel, you prepare what you will say to them, one even goes to the extent to write all that down, but at last, it's all left untold. Because you are scared. Scared of not getting back what you give. But still, we take chance. We take chance because we think that it's worth it. It's worth taking away your sleep, your appetite, and even when we shy away from it, it just holds our hand more firmly, not letting go of it.
He arrived at the mall, where her cell phones current location was. Just when he enters the door, he saw the face which gave him restless nights.
She was exiting from a store, laughing merrily with her friends.
He was unconsciously taking steps towards her.
She was looking breathtakingly beautiful in blue t-shirts paired with denim jacket and black jeans.
Without blinking, he was looking at her face, and when they were a-step close, their shoulders brushed.
He was busy inhaling the light vanilla scent of her body, and she was busy figuring out what he just said.
After giving it a while, she figured it out.
"Hey, miss sunshine."

Whirlwind_chaser Well, guys I won't ask for much, but at least tell me if I am doing the job or not. This is my first time writing down something, and I know I am terrible at it. I used to write a diary earlier, but it was horrible, filled with grammatical mistakes and all, and I can't even look at it now.
