Frankly, Leon was confused 

How could Emilia have a perfect body in this condition

She had been through hell in this place and had probably not found anything to satisfy her hunger many times 

Therefore, she was presumed to have been malnourished 

But from what Leon noticed, Emilia was not suffering from any ill health 

Just some dirt here and there 

This is completely illogical 

Leon hopes that Emilia will tell him everything that happened to her after she wakes up from unconsciousness 

Leon sighed and thought, 'I just hope she doesn't react violently after she wakes up and finds herself in a strange room.'

Leon carried Emilia in a princess carrying form and started walking with her 

"At least I will get out of this place, it is an eyesore. I would rather live in the forest than in this place."
