章 615: Chapter 615: Illegal

After briefing everyone about the Limiters and how they worked, he handed over one to each of them. As for the reasons? There was none. He just had too many of them here and felt like they might need it. 

Just ten were enough for him personally. 

After giving each of them a Limiter, he didn't forget to tell them that he still controlled the Limiters, so none of them could even think about using them for something that they shouldn't do. 

Everyone took a Limiter, including the Nobles. This was certainly useful to them as they were faster and could use these more effectively. 

"So many of these," Arthur observed one of the Limiters. "Such a small thing yet so dangerous."

He kept one in his pocket just for the heck of it. 

While everyone was focused on the Limiters, Lucifer was the only one looking elsewhere.
