章 230: Settling Everything

The sound of gunfire continued to rain down on Theodore and the others, and the walls of the building they were using for shelter had started to develop holes here and there. Theodore glanced at his friends one by one to confirm their condition.

"We can't keep hiding here. Sooner or later, the walls of this building will collapse if we continue to be shot at like this," Elizabeth said while slightly lowering her head and raising her hands to protect her head. 

"What Elizabeth said is right. We can't just stay here," Celia replied in agreement with Elizabeth's words. 

Theodore knew that they couldn't stay still; like it or not, they had to leave the place immediately or else they would die from being bombarded by bullets by the people from The Enigma. 

"Roxanne, you lead the way back home. I'll follow behind you to deflect their bullets," Theodore finally made up his mind about what they were going to do.
