  "Can I refuse to be promoted?

 "Huh? Esme shot Helen a look of surprise. "Who refuses promotion? 

 "What do you mean? Collins scrunched his face.

"Sir Collins, I like my post and I don't want to leave here. 

 "Why would you refuse to be promoted just to stay here? You are not leaving the company, you are only going to another department."

"I know what you mean Sir Collins but I don't want to leave, I want to stay here."  Helen looked at Esme. "She can have my post at the finance department.

 "No! Esme immediately shouted. 

"Why not? I was here before you anyway and the post was already Mine.

"No! explain repeated and she looked at Collins waiting for him to say something.

 Collins flashed Helen an angry look. "What do you mean you don't want to get promoted? Do you want to disobey me now? I'm offering you a better salary and you're refusing? 

 "Sir Collins....I...."
