Hinata nodded. "I know. Let's just call Hikari-kun over and give him some basic guidance so he doesn't report us to the club president. That would be a hassle."
Saya nodded. "Alright."
Hinata called out, "Hikari-kun? Where are you? How's your practice going? Do you need any help?"
No response.
Saya called out as well, but still, there was no answer.
The sisters exchanged puzzled glances.
Walking a few steps closer, they saw that Hikari's spot now had a bow and the introductory Kyudo manual lying on the ground.
They picked up the items, flipping through the manual briefly. It looked barely touched.
Hinata was upset. "Sis! It seems like Hikari-kun has already left the club. He didn't even look at this manual much."
Saya was equally annoyed. "Yeah, and this bow doesn't seem to have been used much either."
Hinata fumed. "Hikari-kun has no perseverance or commitment. He barely stayed for any time and then left. We rushed out of our room to teach him, and he just up and leaves."
Saya shook her head. "Exactly. Wasting our time like that—it's infuriating."
The two sisters glared at each other, sharing mutual frustration.
From their perspective, Hikari was just a rookie, lucky to have their guidance.
The Sakuramiya sisters were the stars of the club, not only for their skills but also their looks. Plenty of people wanted to approach them, but they only cared for each other.
This was the first time they'd agreed to teach someone, breaking their usual rule.
And Hikari? He stayed for a few minutes, then walked out.
