"I'm in LA" Phoebe exclaimed excitedly,"aren't you happy that I'm here?"

"No it's not that, I was just surprised"

"I'm staying over at my friend's place for the meantime. When will you be free to pick me up?"

"I'll send Clark over just text me the address."

"I can't wait to see you. Bye"

This so unexpected. What was Phoebe doing in LA?

Skylar didn't put much thoughts to it. Maybe she came because she missed him. Phoebe can get like that sometimes.
