Inside the Shadowcrest Warriors Pack, Siren brought a sword down hard, slaughtering one of the men and glanced over at me. “I knew you’d come.” A smile lit her lips as she wiped off the blood and flung it down onto the floor, splattering across the cold tile.

A group of men charged us, and my men and I grabbed them all, snapping their necks and ripping out their hearts with our bare hands.

The harsh sound of flesh striking flesh nearby pulled me back. I turned to see Seven haul the leader upright, fist twisted in his shirt, his stony face etched with cold retribution.

“Who sent you?” Seven demanded, shaking him harshly. “Who else opposes me as the Alpha of this Pack?”

The man glared up at him in defiance, blood streaming from his smashed features. “You may as well kill me now because I’ll never bow to the son of an Omega.” He glanced over at me, grinning, baring blood-red teeth. “But I’ll see you in hell soon enough.”
