"You don't?"
I turned around to see who it was. It was a boy. I just stared at him with blank expression, hoping he'll get my hint. But dude, I guess this guy is stupid because he just stared back at me.
"O-kay? Are guys done staring at each other? Do you guys need to extend?" Annie "joked" around. I elbowed her which is followed by a loud and ear piercing OUCH! We turned around and walk away but it seems like Annie won't let me get away from what happened. "Spill it, girl." I chuckled. She's kinda annoying but she's cute, so what am I going to do?
"Are . . . do you guys know each other?" she asked, but not looking at me. Oh. Is she jealous? Because I came in contact with a handsome guy? — WAIT WHAT THE HECK AM I TALKING ABOUT?! HE'S NOT HANDSOME! I shook out the thought in my head and reply to her question instead. "Dude, are you stupid? We don't know each other — heck I don't even know his name. Are you jelly?" I teased her. She chuckled and said nothing more. This. Is. So awkward. Annie is my best friend since I broke up with my first boyfriend and THIS! THIS is the first time that the "Awkward Air" came to us!
"And besides, I'm not interested in him." I shrugged. That's true. She looked at me with shinning eyes that can make you blind and hugged me. Yep, she IS jealous.
The bell rang above our heads and we hurried to our classes. Too bad we are separated.
And my day has just begun . . .
