章 1207: The answer

Hera's plan was smooth, and she was certain the success rate was higher than fifty percent. The idea crossed her while listening to Dominic's deep breaths while asleep. 

Florence was expecting her and the Reapers to foolishly march in here for a full-blown war. Initially, that was what Hera planned. Risky, but it was better to attack first than get attacked. But when this idea came to her, everyone knew it was the best course of action.

"This Secret Society… the Four Families… and you… can just rot to hell."

This wasn't what Hera expected, though.

"You called for that meeting… to kill the heads of each family?" she asked, thinking her people had probably finished the job. 

"Not just the head." Florence shook her head, sneering. "Their wives, sons and daughters, their people. I planned to bury them all under the ruins of their houses!"
