章 105: Shocking Thunder Part 2

As it happened, Raiden was shocked to see Kara and Aphrodite launch their attack.

" I told you, didn't I? " Kara said to Jack in a slow motion state while increasing the imbuement of the attack's power in order to increase the chance of high damaging wound to Raiden.

As it happens, Raiden who also managed to see the attack then realizes that he needs to get prepared by using another dose of his Sin Core's Power.

"( Sin Core Power Dose release, 45.00% )" Raiden says as in an instant his Sin Core then unleashes much Deviant Energy into his body while waiting for Kara's attacks to hit him.

[ Sin Core Power Dose is currently distributed to Raiden's body. ]

[ With this, Raiden's body will not only just be filled with Deviant Energy but also have some changes in response to the doses. ]

"( I'm glad that my Deviant Thunder always works so fast... )"

"( I can feel the power immediately now... )"

"( Now I can take her attack... )"

" Raiden!!! " Kara shouts as she swings her blade.

"( Gargghh!!! what!? )" Raiden says as Kara's Sharptusk blade lands on his abdomen, cutting him properly in the slowed timeframe which he still manages to see.

"( What the fu- ) " Raiden says as Kara tells him.

" This fight ends in a flash," Kara says as she uses the attack after a lot of power increase and imbuements.

When she does that, Raiden's body was cut in half, and in that very moment, he felt like he was struck by the most powerful lightning that a mortal could ever feel, for the pain is imaginable for the strike not only sliced his body but also gives him an unimaginable shock.

" GAARRGGGHHH!!! " Raiden then was hit by the great shock and when it happened, his mind suddenly receives many images unknown to him.

"( What the...? what are these images no... )"

"( Memories come from...? this- )" Raiden says after receiving many instant memories that somehow came after the shock and from the images and the scenes, he can see himself with a woman, a woman that looks like...

Inquisitor Kara?

"( What is this...? )"

"( Some kind of a loss of memory finally resurfacing after a traumatic experience? )"

"( No, these memories don't feel like mine, but- )"

"( Why do I think that I might have, experienced it before...? )"

"( Like as if I had some forgotten past or... )"

"( Had a past life, a previous lifetime... )" Raiden says as his sliced body then laid on the ground while his mind process the memories.

When he falls, Inquisitor Kara then sheathes Sharptusk again as she finally proclaims.

" Now the fight ends... "

" In a flash... " Kara and Aphrodite say after slicing half of Raiden's body.

"{ You did well, dear Kara... }"

"{ Your prowess has slowly matched my power... }" Aphrodite says as she congratulates the Inquisitor, acknowledging her as her Avatar.

" Yes goddess, thank you Urrkhh... " Kara says as she immediately felt her head shaking so hard, making her vomit on the ground suddenly she felt a great shock inside her body.

"{ Dear Kara, what happened!? }" Aphrodite asks but then she realized that some of the Deviant Thunder had entered Kara's body somehow, probably after Kara sliced Raiden just now.

As she realized it, Aphrodite then waste no time to heal her by trying her best to 'expel' the Deviant Thunder out of her body, overflowing the Inquisitor's body with her Divine Power in order to heal her more.

During the process, Kara felt a great shock while Aphrodite tells her to hold on.

During that time, Kara then suddenly receives something on her mind, flashes of images and scenes like a lost memory in which she sees herself with Raiden in both their adult form, but the difference is, the memories show her and Raiden being together not as enemies but as someone close.

"( What is this? how could this have happened? )"

"( Does my memory try to elude me during this pain? )"

"( I swear that I've never met him in my life... )" Kara thinks while Aphrodite still does her job while also realizing that Kara is having a sudden memory input into her mind, probably after her attacking Raiden.

"{ ( So dear Kara had finally awakened her previous Timeline memories, huh? ) }"

"{ ( I wonder... ) }"

"{ ( If it seems that, the collision between the Divine and Deviant Thunder had resulted in a rare Elemental Reaction Effect known as 'Trigger'.) }"

"{ ( This elemental reaction is usually experienced by those who were hit by an immense Thunderstrike, as the reaction triggered something within them, either it triggers the person's uncovered potential, hidden power, trauma, or even memories. ) }"

"{ ( Although speaking of memories... ) }"

"{ ( I never thought that it could also trigger the memories from the previous timelines that we've been assured that it has been erased from the rebooted mortals' minds, after each of the Universal Reboots. ) }"

"{ ( Not only that, but it seems the 'trigger' reaction was also increased due to something else. ) }"

"{ ( Something that probably sparked from their own presence, as if the two had a relationship in the previous timeline. ) }" Aphrodite assumes which she then realizes that most of her assumption was right after seeing what memories entered Kara's mind.

" Goddess...! " Kara screams for Aphrodite as the memories of her life before this Timeline slowly affect her feelings too.

During that very time, Aphrodite tells her to stay calm and accept all of those memories as she continues to rehabilitate Kara's body.

( After some time. )

"{ The outside Deviant Influences are almost expelled, but some still remain inside her. }" Aphrodite says as she looks at Kara, seeing her asleep in the world of memories which she can also see since both of them are now one.

"{ It seems I was right that love and affection could create surprising and shocking wonders in the most random bizarre times. }" she says while gazing upon Kara's memories, showing Kara with Raiden as a couple back then in the previous Timeline even if Aphrodite couldn't guess which timeline did it happen.

"{ I see, both were once also Thunder Ability users in that timeline, aren't they? }"

"{ In that timeline, it seems I was not dear Kara's Divine god hence why I just noticed this now. }" Aphrodite says as she sees Kara praying to another Diviner, a Diviner with fox features.

"{ Oh my, no wonder dear Kara and Ragna Current somehow had that instant relation to one another. }" Aphrodite says as she knows who is the fox Diviner that Kara is praying in that memory.

"{ It seems dear Kara is getting deeper, hmm... }" Aphrodite thinks about it for she knows that as a Diviner (god), she must immediately stop delving deeper into her Previous Timelines' memories but suddenly, Aphrodite declines her thought.

"{ Oh Aphrodite, what are you thinking? }"

"{ You're not part of the Olympus now... }" Aphrodite says to herself as she then lets Kara have it all, as her first sign of being Kara's Divine god who is obliged to prioritize the Divine Avatar's development first before the other.

"{ Remember it all, dear Kara. }"

"{ Awaken your memories... }" she says to the sleeping Kara at the time who is currently dreaming about a scene with Raiden, a scene where the two are living happily but suddenly, disaster came.
