Hogwarts, The school of magic that stood for thousands of years, was in ruin.
No students or professors could be seen inside of it. As they either fled or died somewhere.
All of the souls that live inside Hogwarts were not spared as well.
It had become just a ruin of its past-self.
No one would ever think that such a school would end up like this.
Inside the main hall.
A certain dark lord could be seen enjoying himself with the blood of a unicorn.
He didn't care about his surroundings at all.
He acted like they were unimportant to someone like him.
He smiled ugly and said.
"This blood is really delicious. I should hunt them some more."
He was Voldemort, the most feared dark lord of this generation. This ruined castle suits his taste the best.
He finished the blood of the unicorn then he looked at his loyal slave and said.
"How is it going…"
With just this sentence. It sent a wave of powerful magic power around him like a storm.
He seemed to know what happened inside the Diagon Alley.
He just wanted to listen from the mouth of a man he entrusted this job to.
His loyal slave, Lucius Malfoy sweated profusely.
He regretted letting his greed blind him and choose to serve such a lord and think that he would be spared.
Not long ago.
He lost all of his contact with the spies that he planted inside the order of the phoenix.
And now he would have to face the consequences of the failure.
"M–My lord, I can explain this. Please give me a chance."
Lucious knew what was going to happen to him but he was still begging for mercy.
He wasn't stupid enough to think that a merciless monster would grant him such a wish.
But at least his punishment might be lessened just a bit.
Voldemort looked at him emotionlessly. He didn't have a thought of giving him such a luxury.
He said with so much coldness that even the death eaters around him breathed out cold air.
"I can't be biased. When someone makes a mistake. As the dark lord I have the duty to punish them for they will not make the same mistake again."
Voldemort then used a cruciatus curse on him. It was like he used to do something like this.
Lucius immediately screamed in pain as he wriggled on the ground.
All of the death eaters felt fear when they saw Lucious being in pain.
They didn't know if it was the right choice to swear their loyalty to such a man.
They couldn't even tell if he was a man or something else.
Draco Malfoy looked at his father. No one knew what he was thinking but one could tell that it wasn't something good.
He looked at Voldemort who enjoyed torturing his father.
'I need to endure it and the chance will come eventually.'
Darco was silent but he did something inside his robe.
Who said that only the dark lord people could plant spies on someone.
Draco was a spie that Severus Snape had chosen to carry on his duty and he would see the end of it for his late godfather.
…
inside the Diagon Alley.
Luci was bored out of his mind as he had to wait for Voldemort and his army to come.
He had so much time so he decided to do something to kill time.
And that was to set up traps and many things to surprise the dear dark lord and his army of death eaters.
Henrietta came to help him as she was curious about the mystic arts. She heard that even Dumbledore admired it but he couldn't use it for a reason.
"I can't use it because she doesn't want me to become too powerful. She is right in her judgment."
Dumbledore said calmly while looking at his memories.
Henrietta could still recall the face full of regret that Dumbledore showed her.
She shook his head and told herself to stop thinking about depressing things.
She should focus on what was in front of her.
"Mystic arts are really hard to use but they are very powerful compared to magic."
Henrietta said to Luci.
She had finished teaching him all of the magic spells she had.
Luci learned all of her knowledge and he was now teaching her about Mystic arts.
She could feel the power she borrowed from him.
'So this is his power? Is he even human?'
Luci wouldn't let just anyone access his personal dimension.
Henrietta was important for him in the next mission. So It didn't hurt to make her a little bit stronger.
Yao didn't mind him teaching people Mystic arts as his source of power was far safer than hers.
To be honest, she was trying to let her students borrow his power instead of the power from the dark dimension.
Yao even started to borrow his power as it was much easier to control.
"I agree to it but what if I mix the two together."
"Is that even possible?"
"It is, but only in my case."
Luci showed her what it was like for magic and mystical arts to be combined.
It either became extremely powerful and easy to control. Or it became extremely hard to control and extremely weak.
In his case he got both. It was dependent on his luck.
"You have created something that shouldn't exist."
Henrietta didn't know what to say after that as she was too shocked.
"Well, it is not complete yet so I will refrain from using it for the time being. I don't want it to go boom on me."
Henrietta nodded quickly and told him that next time he wanted to show this kind of power to her or anyone.
He should do it in a place where he was sure it was safe for everyone.
"Sorry, I forgot about it but I could tell that my luck is good today."
"Are you a seer or something?"
Henrietta asked curiously.
"Nope, I can't predict the future like Luna. I can only tell if my luck would be good for the day or not."
Henrietta nodded and she said that it was enough for everyone to be jealous of him. He would know when to go out or stay outside.
Henrietta really wanted that kind of power so she would know when trouble would come and find her.
