The three kids obviously froze in place as they hid themselves at the corner of the alley, behind huge loads of unknown boxes.

The three children squatted behind the boxes with dark faces as they talked to each other.

"Say, those people might be my bodyguards, right?" Mariella opened her mouth and suddenly thought of Duke Fez.

Uh...the one chasing after her should be Duke Fez and the others?

Both Theo and Prince Harley pretended to be surprised that Isabella had a group of bodyguards.

"You have bodyguards? Then how did you get kidnapped in the first place?"

Theo snorted sarcastically, but he quickly toned down his voice.

His words were full of malice but his face was cold and unfeeling.

With this, it couldn't be counted as being OOC, right?

Mariella rolled her eyes at Kian and Harley.

"I do have bodyguards, but there were too many people back then. I was separated from my bodyguard by force!"
