章 265: Chapter 265 : Irritating Orion
Days kept on passing like usual. Orion was mostly sticking to a strict routine of getting as much sleep as possible in his downtime.
And he felt that it was working. Though the headache was still there the the body pain was gone. He could finally move without pain shooting all over his body.
So today, he was a little less irritated than normal. First time after coming back from Fate World.
As he got inside the great hall, he noticed many sitting there, like waiting for something to happen. And in front of them was none other than Dumbledore.
Orion finding the quietest corner, sat down and this time not directly go back to sleep. He did want to know how the story would progress from here. Many things have changed and he can't seem to see how things could go.
'If only I learn the Law of Time before others. But I gotta first master the Law of Matter.' Orion sighed.
Soon Dumbledore raised his hand and acted all mysterious only for him to dim the light in the room.
And then the giant cup with blue fire coughs up the burned paper one after one.
"Durmstrang champion is is Viktor Krum." He announced and then the entire hall rang in cheers.
'FUCK... I forgot that idiots like monkeys have to make noise on every little thing they see.'
Orion quickly put a complex sound-filtering spell around him.
Another piece of paper came out and Dumbledore announced.
"Hogwarts Champion is Rose Potter."
Silence...
Everyone snapped at Rose as they were looking at voldemort himself. Orion remembers that Harry in the story went through the same. So nothing to worry about. Beside Rose completely freaking out as Dumbledore call for her again and upon not responding others has to push her to the platform.
"Cheater."
"She is not 17"
"Fraud."
Those words whisper around as everyone looks at her with suspicion. Orion didn't like it. But he gotta let this happen to go up to Voldemort. Almost all the soul fragments of Voldemort are destroyed beside the one inside Rose. Of course, if he makes another then that is another thing altogether.
That is the best time to gut the bastard. All he has to do is to be there when he revives and then kill him for good.
Rose hesitantly walked past all of them. Avoiding all those people who were glaring at her.
Dumbledore and the other adults were confused and a little restless by this time, Dumbledore kept on calling out the champions.
Another piece of paper came out of the fire and Dumbledore shouted.
"Beauxbatons champion is Morgan Fay."
Orion who was nonchalant all this time suddenly opened his eyes wide open. That was not the name he was expecting. He looked where all those Beauxbaton girls were sitting among them stood a white hair girl. Older, by a few years making Orion narrow his eyes.
Orion looks around trying to find the Veela who should have been the champion instead of this girl. But he could not find her.
So he looked at the girl who was chosen.
White hair, violet eyes, beautiful face. Nothing less than a Veela, if not better. The boys and even some girls were awestruck at the beauty of this girl who just come forth.
Orion has to say that she was beautiful, but here is an intelligent question, how come no one noticed that beauty all this time, why only now? When her name was called out.
'I swear I have seen her somewhere, but where ?'
Orion couldn't remember even in his mind palace working hard. 'Hmm maybe someone similar to her.'
Orion sensed magic in her, this magic was weak. Nothing to worry about if he has to say anything. But there was a feeling in him, that things are much more than it looks.
As people clap and cheer. Orion kept his eyes on that one girl. Something was not right. He knew it. It's just that he can't figure it out right now.
That was all, all three champions were announced when suddenly another piece of paper came out of the fire.
Orion knew whose name this gonna be.
'Sorry Cedric, but maybe you won't get to die this time around.' Orion muttered as his eyes shone and visibility the piece of paper which was still in the air burst out with another flare of fire before finally landing at Dumbledore's hand.
"Orion D. Ambrosius."
Dumbledore shouted and Orion hearing this had a little smile on his face. He didn't want to be a part of this nonsense but things are no longer going like the books anymore.
He needs to figure out who is that Morgan Fay. And that name was not giving him any confidence.
'A thousand-year witch won't use a name so similar to her's after coming back with the intention of ruling the world, would she?
I hope not.
Damn Merlin, why you are not here in times like this.'
Orion slowly stood up as he saw others giving him the same look they were giving to Rose. An irritated look started to appear on his face.
But he didn't say anything immediately, he slowly walked up to Dumbledore.
"What are you doing Orion," Dumbledore asked with narrowed eyes.
"Walking, it's pretty good for health." Orion smiles as he replies with the same low tone as Dumbledore so others can't listen to him.
"You know what I am talking about. How come your name is here." Dumbledore narrowed her eyes but Orion didn't care he turned around and looked directly at those students who were talking at there back.
"Yes I am not 17, yes I put my name in there," Orion said as he increased his voice with magic, making others silent.
"For those who think that I am a fraud and cheater. You guys are not wrong, but hey so is my existence.
I don't give two shits about what you guys think.
You got a problem then just come right at me. Orion D. Ambrosius will handle if anyone wants a piece of this handsome face. Just make sure that you have insurance.
And until then, go fuck yourself."
Orion said with a smile. The peace he got after seeing their looks.
'I guess playing villain is also not that bad. Lets play anti hero this year shall we.'
