章 249: Bad at Sitting Still

For two days, there wasn't much of Luca as he went to the office and took on new responsibilities.

For the time being, he didn't need Sophia and Rachel to help him with CEO responsibilities because his father had a few assistants who regularly worked for him. He thought the best way to figure out as much as he could was to follow their lead.

However, as he worked, he realized they were unmated omegas who were inherently afraid of the man in his position. Luca found himself holding back his anger each time one of them flinched or acted timid around him. 

While he worked all hours of the day and sometimes into the night, Sophia, Rachel, and Ethan felt spoiled as all they could do was stay home since the situation in the city was becoming more dangerous.
