章 72: Shopping together

"We are here to buy gifts for my mum. Be respectful," Noah said as he reached for Rachel's phone and ended the call she was making with Zach rudely. 

You know when you've said everything you can think of to say to someone and you're at a loss for words and can only move your lips, your eyes, and take a deep breath? Rachel had gotten to that point with Noah. 

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Noah asked, folding his hand across his chest. 

"Why did you do that?" She asked, referring to the call that he had just ended rudely while Zach was telling her all about his activities in school the previous day. 

"Because we are here to shop for gifts, obviously. And you were even so distracted with the stupid call that you almost bumped into people. Twice, and guess who saved your ass? Me!"
