This also meant that the destruction of this jutsu must be more powerful than him.
Sasuke showed a look of horror and said

Naruto answered him, for his seal was finished, and cried out to Sasuke with a shout

As the words came out, 2 people froze.
One was Sasuke, because he didn't expect Naruto to fight him for his life, firing Great Fireball Technique from such a close range, which Naruto himself must have dodged, and this ended up being a lose-lose situation.
