Why does she always choose the things I like? Why does she always try to snatch what's mine? Why can't she just leave me the fucking alone? She is still arguing with the shopkeeper, unaware of my presence.

"Sorry, ma'am, this dress is already sold. You can look around. There are a lot of beautiful new arrivals," the shopkeeper said politely.

"I don't want another one. I want this. I will pay you more. Pack it for me," she said rudely.

Jenny rolled her eyes at her behavior, and I just sighed.

"Sorry, ma'am, it's not possible." the shopkeeper politely spoke again while trying her best to hide her irritation.

She still hasn't seen me, or maybe she has. Maybe that's why she chose this one.

"This is mine. Pack it for me now," she shouted.

Okay, I have had enough.

"Why do you always choose the things you can't have?" I asked boringly.

She finally looked at me and scrawled.

"Did you buy this dress?"
